We get the products directly from the manufacturer which means no middle-men in between and therefore, no extra expense.
4. Are the products original ?
Yes! All of our products are supplied directly from the manufacturers.
5. How long does delivery take?
Your item should be delivered within approximately 2 to 6 business days.
6. Can I schedule my delivery ?
Delivery is arranged through the courier. The courier will be in contact with you to confirm the delivery date and time.

9. How do I return my item ?
Please ensure that you comply with our return policy available under the Return Policy page before initiating a return. To return an item; 1. Visit 'my orders' page on your account. 2. Choose the order that includes the item you would like to return. 3. From the dropdown menu at the top right corner, choose 'Create Dispute' 4. Select a reason for your return from the drop-down menu. You may also explain the reason for the return in the 'message' section. 5. Select the item in your order that you would like to return. 6. 'Create Dispute'
10. How will my refund be issued ?
We will issue a refund to you depending on the method you used for payment as follows: a. If you paid by credit/debit card, you can choose to have a refund to your credit/debit card or to your wallet. b. If you paid by a gift card, you will receive store credits.
Refund will be issued post inspection at our end.
